What a GREAT show!!!!
It was so cool to hear their 40th anniversary tour. The Marcus King Band still ROCKS, even their newer songs had that awesome energy they've always had. They enjoyed playing for their fans who adore them. We're all a little greyer, but these musicians still ROCK. At this venue, we felt close to the stage and part of the show. The Marcus King Band is interactive with their fans, expressing how much they enjoyed playing for us. They even high-fived everyone close to the stage. I like how they take the time to reach fans. I've been listening to their music for 40 years. Their show was so enjoyable! Men at Work and John Waite were also touring with The Marcus King Band. Wow, they sounded fantastic too! Their voices were just the same as I remember from the 80s, like they haven't aged at all. John Waite made a cute joke when he ran out of guitar picks. He interacted with us and had a sense of humor. The Men at Work band was smiling the whole time they played, showing how happy they were to be there. All three bands were GREAT! The way all three bands interacted with their fans was friendly, ensuring we would all have fun enjoying their music together. Thank you to all three bands for a wonderful evening of music! :)
